*V-SYSTEM*	*Automatic vertical cartoner for end load, sleeve slyle cartons.* The ECONOSEAL V-System is a mechanically driven, intermittent motion vertical cartoner. Economy, simplicity and compact design are features of this unique machine. *Method of Operation:* A flat, pre-glued end load style carton is pulled via vacuum from the carton supply magazine. The bottom of the carton is closed (tuck or glue methods available) and the carton is then presented (vertically) to the product loading area. There are actually 3 carton stations available in the twenty four (24) inch load area. Following the loading of the product, the machine cycle is initiated and the top of the carton is closed (tuck or glue methods available) and the completed package is discharged from the machine.

The Reverse Triseal accepts all conventional 3-flap style cartons either lock or glue-formed. Hooded cover styles may be handled as an option. This machine is designed for reliable operation without the need for extensive operator training.

*T - SYSTEM*	*A completely automatic system for forming, conveying, closing and sealing top loaded cartons.* ECONOSEAL T-SYSTEM includes: • ECONOLOCK or ECONOFORM tray former • Approximately 6 feet (1830mm) of product load area • Automatic 90 degree transfer into Reverse Triseal (hot melt glue) cover closer.

*ECONOPACKER*	*Semi-Automatic, Compact Casepacker* The ECONOPACKER is a semi-automatic case packer that provides a lower cost, first step to reducing labor and automating the case packing process. Typical uses include case packing of all types of multipacked cartoned, canned, and miscellaneous products.

*ECONOCASER*	*Simple, Compact, Horizontal Casepacker* The ECONOCASER is a horizontal casepacker of rugged construction that handles corrugated or folding board materials in a variety of case styles. Simple, economical design and operation are features of this machine. *Method of Operation:* Master shipping cases are automatically pulled from the supply magazine and erected onto a single load station. Product may then be manually or automatically (optional) loaded. Following loading, the machine cycle is initiated and the loaded case is transported to the closure section for either glue or tape closure. *Machine features include:* • Heavy duty construction • Caster mounting • Single load station (optional auto loading) • Pressure sensitive tape or hot melt closure *Accommodates:* • Corrugated and folding board materials • RSC Styles • Full flap, economy flap and butting end flap constructions
