E SERIES
The E-Series is the logical solution to a linear net weigh feeder, designed to accurately dispense precise weights from 1oz to 1kg of products such as Coffee, granola, nuts, candies, beans. This unit consists of a 3.5 cu. ft hopper, 5” wide pan, and a stepper controlled 7.5 liter weigh bucket capable of weighing up to 10 lbs. This unit requires no air and is available in 120V. Fill accuracies of +/- ½ to 1% at speeds up to 900 fills per hour. Available in one or two lane configurations. Available options are electric dribble feed gate, hopper cover, and a variety of transition styles.
ST SERIES
The ST-Series of vibratory fillers is the filling solution for the precise filling and weighing of free-flowing and occasionally non-free-flowing products. Products such as snack foods, hardware, and many more are likely to break or damage easily using traditional filling methods. Filling weights of 0.5 oz to 10 lbs, the ST-series allows products to be precisely fed, weighed, and dispensed at accuracies of ± 0.5 to 1%.

HD-SERIES
The VF-HD is a Twin lane Cascading unit used to convey various cookies, and crackers. Product is dispensed by means of hand presenting bags onto a bag nozzle. Two (2) 4.00” wide bulk vibratory feeding pans feed product to two (2) 4.00″ wide scale vibratory feeding pans. The two (2) 500 in³ buckets are utilized to hold fills ranging from 4oz to 3lbs. The unit also integrates a Metal Detector into the system for product contaminant inspection. A single board controller and custom-developed touch screen Human/Machine Interface (HMI) controls is utilized to handle all the controls of the machine. Fill speeds of up to 20 containers per minute. Fill accuracies of ½ – 1%.
