In 1926, Gordon Garvey opened a gas station on a dirt road halfway between Philadelphia and Atlantic City as a way of financing his own machine shop. Before long, he had a thriving precision fabrication shop which would soon transform into an industry leading conveyor company. Ninety years later, Garvey Corporation remains a leading name in the conveyor and accumulation industry.
