Automatic Pallet Stretch Wrapper with Power Pre-Stretch

The PSW-B is a heavy-duty machine suitable for high volume production applications.  It is controlled by a

state-of-the-art PLC will allow user to expect efficiency and consistency in every wrap.  The Power Pre-Stretch

causes an automatic stretching of the film that allows for up to 35% better efficiency on the raw materials.  

 

Some of the machine features are:

  • Independent programming for number of wraps on top and bottom pallet.

  • Speed control for turntable and film carriage.

  • Includes sensor to detect pallet height.

  • Can come with optional features such as:

    • Loading ramp

    • Scale

    • Extended mast height: 110" (102" max wrapping height)

    • Bigger turn table diameters available: 65", 78 3/4"

maximize the shipping dimensions and to create stability during the wrapping cycle.
