E-2000 with Variety Loading

Brochure's and CAD's do NOT have the variety tables in them. These are custom designed

The E-System 2000 is an automatic horizontal cartoner for erecting, loading and closing end load cartons. It’s method of operation is:

  1. End load carton is removed from a supply magazine via vacuum system

  2. Carton is erected at a single product load station

  3. Product is manually or automatically (optional) horizontally loaded into carton

  4. Loaded carton is transported to the closing position for tuck closure or sealing with either hot melt glue or hot air

  5. A completed carton is then automatically delivered from the machine to a convenient working height

SPARTAN with Variety Loading

The Spartan is a rugged, mechanical, automatic horizontal cartoner for erecting, loading and closing end load cartons at speeds of up to 40 carton per minute. It’s method of operation is:

  1. End load carton is removed from a supply magazine via vacuum system

  2. Carton is erected at a single product load station

  3. Product is manually or automatically (optional) horizontally loaded into carton

  4. Loaded carton is transported to the closing position for tuck closure or sealing with either hot melt glue or hot air

  5. A completed carton is then automatically delivered from the machine to a convenient working height

SPARTAN Wrap-Around

The Spartan Wrap-Around is a compact wrap-around system for cartons, case and trays that can run at speeds of up to 20 cartons per minute. It’s method of operation is:

  1. Forms blank (corrugated or paperboard) into a “U” shape and transports it to product load station

  2. Product loaded manually or by optional automatic product loading/collating device

  3. Loaded package moves through series of closure/end flap gluing stations. Gluing is done by a hot melt extruding system

  4. For full wrap-around style, right angle transfer device accommodates side joint (flap) gluing.

  5. Carton/Case/Tray is discharged as a completed package

TRAY FORMER

The Econoform and Econolock are trayformers that can form corner glue, corner lock or simplex style locking trays at speeds of up to 30 trays per minute. It’s method of operation is:

  1. Flat blank is automatically pulled from a supply magazine with vacuum cups

  2. Flat blank is feed forward to forming area via a set of feed fingers

  3. A mandril plunges the blank through a tooling cavity where it is corner glued, corner locked or folded over

  4. The completed formed tray is discharged straight down on to an optional belt conveyor to be loaded
